DEFINITIONS

Platform: Rızık Portal, including its website and all related services.
User: Any individual or entity using the platform as an investor, donor, or project owner.
Platform Management: The team responsible for managing, operating, and monitoring the platform.

ELIGIBILITY

Users must be at least 18 years old.

Users agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

Accounts may be suspended or terminated in case of violations or unlawful activity.

PLATFORM SERVICES

The platform acts as a digital intermediary for project listing and fundraising (donation-based or investment-based).

The platform does not guarantee project success or future profits.

The platform is not involved in project operations unless agreed separately.

FUNDING TYPES

Donation-based funding: No legal rights are granted; symbolic or honorary rewards may be given.
Investment-based funding: Users obtain actual shares or stakes through separate contracts.

TRANSPARENCY AND RESPONSIBILITY

Project owners must provide accurate and transparent information.
Users are responsible for evaluating projects before contributing.
The platform bears no legal liability for decisions made based on project data.

FEES AND COMMISSIONS

A commission is deducted based on the funding type and services.
Fees are disclosed clearly in each project listing before contribution.

REFUND POLICY

Donations are non-refundable.
Investments are governed by separate agreements that may define share resale or exit options.

PROHIBITED CONDUCT

Using the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities is strictly prohibited.
Submitting false or misleading information is not allowed.
The platform may suspend or delete projects or accounts that violate this policy.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content (logos, texts, designs) belongs to the platform and may not be used without written permission.

MODIFICATIONS

The platform reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
Users will be notified via email or website notifications.
Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the updated terms.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye and respect applicable Syrian legal frameworks for local projects.
